No sound or speech
Tap the pause button and check that Sound is on, and that your device isn't muted. Orders are read by your device's built-in voice, and some school devices have speech switched off. The words are always on screen too.
Lost progress
Progress is saved in your browser, on that device only. Clearing browsing data or switching device starts it fresh. The game finds the right level again within a few minutes.
iPhone app subscriptions
To restore a purchase on a new phone, open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. To cancel, use your Apple ID settings: Settings, your name, Subscriptions.
Printing worksheets
Use the Print worksheet button, not the browser's menu, so only the sheet prints. Tick Answer key to add it as a second page. If pictures are missing, turn on background graphics in your print settings.
